Volunteer Form

Serving on a City of Toccoa authority, board, committee or commission is one way members of the public can volunteer and get involved with their city government.

City authorities, boards, committees and commissions serve mostly in an advisory capacity to various city departments and some county agencies. Some also hear appeals, provide expertise, advocate, receive public concerns or establish, review and enforce policies and regulations.

Authority, board, committee and commission appointments are approved by the City Commission after recommendations from city departments and city officials.

To learn more about a board or commission, just click on the link for the particular board or commission.

If you are a Toccoa resident, at least 18 years old, and willing to volunteer your time and expertise to your community, please complete and submit this form. Items marked with a star are required. We are glad to hear from residents interested in getting involved and someone will contact you with further information.
