The City Manager is appointed by the City Commission and is responsible for the administrative functions within the City and oversees the day-to-day operations of all City departments.  He/She supervises the City’s department heads.  The Manager is responsible for preparing the annual budget, evaluating and supervising all department heads, assuring that all policies and ordinances are enforced and recommending policy changes as required.
