The City of Toccoa is seeking bids from qualified general contractors interested in providing construction services for the Tugalo Street Greenspace, to be located on the existing city-owned Tugalo Street Parking Lot.
There will be a non-mandatory pre-bid conference on October 12, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. at the City of Toccoa City Hall. Prospective bidders are encouraged to attend this meeting.
This project is made possible through grant funding from the Georgia Department of Community Affairs.
