The Toccoa Police Department is currently seeking qualified certified officers.

All applicants must meet minimum qualifications to be considered for a position as a police officer with the Toccoa Police Department:

  • Be at least 21 years old
  • Be a high school graduate or equivalent
  • Not have any felony convictions

Other requirements for employment include:

  • Medical examination
  • Polygraph examination
  • Drug screen
  • Good moral turpitude
  • Good customer service skills
