- Delinquent Penalty/Water (one day after due date): 10%
- Delinquent Penalty/Gas (one day after due date): 1%
- Delinquent Penalty/One Utility Only (15 days from due date): $25
- Delinquent Penalty/Both Water & Gas (15 days from due date): $50
- After Hours Connection/One Utility Only: $50
